AI-Powered Business Process Automation

We build it. We back it.

Attolia is a U.S.-incorporated engineering firm that builds AI-powered automation, data, and cloud systems for growing businesses and enterprise teams — and stands behind every one of them in production. Most vendors disappear after delivery. Attolia is designed around what happens after.

An Indiana C-Corporation, structured for long-term client and enterprise relationships.

Experienced team

Senior engineering backgrounds across healthcare, cloud platforms, and security practices.

Built to deliver

Founder-led execution focused on shipping, measuring, and maintaining systems in production.

What we do

Five service areas, one accountable partner.

We work across five connected areas — AI automation and agents, machine learning and MLOps, data and document pipelines, security and cloud assurance, and cloud infrastructure and DevOps — so one team can take a problem from idea to running system.

AI Automation & Agents

Multi-agent LLM systems for documents, retrieval, and workflow automation.

Machine Learning & MLOps

Model pipelines, deployment patterns, evaluation, and drift monitoring.

Data & Document Pipelines

ETL, PDF extraction, and reporting outputs designed to be ERP-ready.

Security & Cloud Assurance

Secure code review, threat modeling, and AWS-focused hardening.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

AWS and Azure delivery, containers, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and monitoring.

How we work

A disciplined path from problem framing to supported production system.

Four stages — scope, build, deploy, support. We own the requirements, documentation, and adoption work that many vendors leave to the client.

1

Scope

Map the problem, constraints, and measurable outcomes before implementation begins.

2

Build

Design and develop in short, reviewable increments rather than opaque long cycles.

3

Deploy

Ship into your cloud environment with security controls and documentation in place.

4

Support

Monitor, maintain, and iterate after launch so the system improves in production.

The Attolia standard

Support isn't an add-on here. It's the product.

Anyone can hand over a system and move on. Attolia is designed around what happens after delivery — so the system you get on day one is still earning its keep on day five hundred.

  • Documentation with every delivery Your team can operate and extend what we build — no black boxes.
  • Monitoring from day one We watch the system in production and act on issues before they become your problem.
  • A direct line to the engineers who built it No ticket maze, no support tiers — you talk to the people who wrote the code.
  • We stay after launch Maintenance, iteration, and honest answers for as long as the system runs.
Case studies

Proof over promises.

Two systems running in production — one delivered for a client, one built and operated in-house. Same pattern both times: a scoped problem, an automated pipeline, measured output, and support after launch.

Client engagement

Accurate weekly pricing across 71 catalog items for a building-products distributor.

Our first delivered engagement. Every week this distributor has to reprice 71 lumber products from a dense, multi-page industry report — prices that move constantly. Doing it by hand was slow, but the real risk was a single wrong number quietly eroding margin on every sale. We automated the entire cycle.

0

volatile prices verified and repriced automatically every week — no manual lookups, no transcription errors, no margin lost to a stale number.

The challenge

A weekly scramble through a dense PDF

Each week, someone pulled current prices for all 71 products from a long, dense industry report, applied freight and conversion math in a spreadsheet, and emailed the result — two to four hours of careful, error-prone work, every single week.

What was built

An end-to-end extraction and pricing pipeline

Attolia built a pipeline that reads the weekly report, extracts the right price for each of the 71 products, runs the freight and conversion calculations, outputs a clean pricing file, emails it on schedule, and feeds a Power BI dashboard for week-over-week tracking.

The outcome

Right prices, every week, hands-free

A repeatable, hands-off process: all 71 prices correct every week, the manual effort gone, and one always-current Power BI dashboard. The time saved is real — but the bigger win is margin protected on every sale by never shipping a stale price.

Internal build

A self-running AI pipeline that preps job applications, end to end, every day.

Built in-house as a proving ground for our agent architecture. The system watches the job market, matches fresh openings against a candidate profile, and produces a tailored application prep kit for every match — unattended, on a daily schedule.

Daily

role-matched application prep kits, generated and delivered with no one at the keyboard.

The challenge

High-volume work that still demands judgment

Applying well is research-heavy: find the relevant openings, judge fit honestly, and tailor materials for each one. Done by hand it eats hours every day — and quality slips exactly when volume matters most.

What was built

An agent pipeline that runs itself on AWS

n8n orchestration with LLM-powered role matching, deployed on AWS EC2 with Docker behind HTTPS. Each day it pulls in new listings, scores them against the profile, and generates a complete prep kit for every qualified match.

Why it matters to you

The same pattern behind our client work

Scheduled agents, LLM judgment, document generation, cloud deployment — the exact architecture we apply to client workflows like pricing, intake, quoting, and reporting. We run it on ourselves first, so it's proven before it reaches you.

Technical capabilities

Why Attolia

Positioned around outcomes, ownership, and maintainability.

We compete on what happens after the build — outcomes over output, end-to-end ownership, secure and compliant delivery, flexibility across AWS and Azure, and systems your team can actually operate and extend.

Outcome-focused

Success is defined in business results rather than in the volume of deliverables produced.

End-to-end ownership

Architecture, build, deployment, and production support stay with one team instead of multiple hand-offs.

Secure & compliant

Security-first delivery and HIPAA-aware practices for privacy-sensitive environments.

Vendor-flexible

Fluent across AWS and Azure, so we fit your environment instead of forcing our own.

Measurable & maintainable

Documented, tested, and built for long-term operation and extension.

Single accountable partner

Broad technical coverage under one accountable engagement — a single point of ownership.

Ways to engage

Start small or scope a full build.

Three ways to work with us. Most clients start with a pilot — we scope the work first, then talk commercial terms.

Pilot / Proof of Concept

A fixed-scope engagement to prove value on a single workflow in a few weeks.

Fixed-Scope Project

A full build with defined deliverables, timeline, and acceptance criteria.

Managed Support / Retainer

Ongoing development, monitoring, and iteration for live production systems.

FAQ

Straight answers before you reach out.

The questions we hear most from teams considering an engagement.

How does an engagement start?

With a discovery call. We learn your priority workflow, then put the scope in writing — deliverables, timeline, and how success will be measured — before any commercial commitment. Most clients then start with a contained pilot they can judge on results.

How long does a pilot take?

A pilot is deliberately small: one workflow, a fixed scope, and a working result in a few weeks. It exists to prove value quickly — if the numbers don't justify going further, you find out early and cheaply.

Do you work inside our existing cloud and tools?

Yes. We deploy into your AWS or Azure environment and integrate with the systems you already run — ERPs, databases, reporting tools like Power BI, and email or messaging workflows — rather than forcing a platform of our own.

What do we actually receive at handover?

A running system in your environment, plus the documentation to operate and extend it — architecture notes, runbooks, and configuration. No black boxes: your team should never depend on us to understand what was built.

What happens after launch?

That's the part we're built around. We monitor the system in production, fix issues before they become your problem, and keep iterating. And when you need us, you talk directly to the engineers who wrote the code — no ticket tiers.

Can you handle sensitive or regulated data?

We follow security-first delivery practices — secure code review, threat modeling, least-privilege cloud configuration — and bring HIPAA-aware experience from enterprise healthcare IT backgrounds for privacy-sensitive environments.

Next step

Let’s start with a focused pilot.

Start with a discovery call. From there we scope the work in writing, then deliver a contained pilot you can judge on results.

1

Discovery call

We learn your priority workflow and its constraints.

2

Scoped proposal

A written scope with timeline and clear success measures.

3

Pilot build

We deliver and demonstrate on a contained problem first.
